变化规则：
1.大多数动词可在后面直接加-ing。如：read-reading, sleep-sleeping.
2.以不发音的字母e结尾的动词，则去掉e,再加-ing。如：write-writing, have-having.
3.在重读闭音节中，如果动词只有一个元音字母，且其后接有一个辅音字母，则双写此辅音字母，再加-ing。如：sit-sitting, run-running, swim-swimming.
